The Sisterlift™ Story

Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Kristen Crockett saw a need for a space where professional women could tap into their superpowers, without having to be superhuman. She also listened to conversation after conversation about the difficulty of making friends as adults.

This vision led to the creation of Sisterlift™, a unique community dedicated to fostering organic friendships, promoting personal and professional growth, and releasing the "shoulds" of who we are supposed to be.

Kristen passionately believes that it is time to let go of the idea that leadership and happiness have to look a certain way. A Leadership & Personal Development Coach and Mentor, she empowers leaders, executives, and CEOs along their own personal journey to create a life and career that feels authentic to who they are.

Who is Sisterlift™ for?

How do I join the community?

Sisterlift™ is open for enrollment for only a limited period of time throughout the year..

If you come back and the enrollment period is over, the only way to gain access to the community is through joining our Sisterlift™ Waitlist. Enrollment dates and links will be emailed via the waitlist.

How often will we meet?

We meet virtually, on zoom, one evening a month for an incredibly interactive and energy-packed 90-minute session.

You will also be invited to join us for additional Sisterlift™ Wellness sessions to help you recharge.

We are only open for enrollment a few times a year, on a rolling basis.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We get it—things change, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Cancel anytime without any hard feelings.

Canceling your membership is straightforward and can be done with just a few clicks within the membership site.

Once you cancel, your subscription will stop being billed and you will lose access to the community.

Like other popular subscription services, we don't charge based on how much you access the community or attend the sessions. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.

It's entirely up to you how much you engage with the resources available in the community.

If you need any assistance, reach out to our member support team anytime—whether through the membership site or by replying to any email we've sent you.

How does billing work?
