Meet Kristen

Kristen Crockett is a leadership & executive coach, speaker, and facilitator who creates self-awareness in leaders, teams, and organizations so they can lead with authenticity, align their strengths, and light the way for the next generation of leaders.

For more than fifteen years, she has developed cohort-based mentor and leadership development programs that have catapulted people into growing their teams, stepping into their strengths, navigating change in their organizations, and being promoted into executive and C-Suite positions.
